Parcel tracking

When we ship your order you get your tracking number in "Confirmation of dispatch" email.

If your tracking number starts with "15" you may track your parcel here: GLS Tracking

For UK orders - Please note that once our parcels leave the country of origin (Poland) they are transported directly to the UK and are not reloaded in intermediary hubs in the EU. As a result, there will be a gap in tracking history. Tracking will resume once the transport has reached the UK. Please check the current delivery time here.
